The machine is double rotary with In-Built Pre-Compression. All machine controls are provided outside the tableting zone. The pre-compression is having fix capacity of 10 Ton & Main compression is 10 T. Pressure roller is made of special material – EN 31 and mounted on the bearings. Pressure roller is easy to disassemble.
The machine is fitted with force feeder having variable frequency drive and force feeder design with three paddles for the optimum performance over the wide range of materials and tableting speeds. The drive of force feeder and main motor/turret is synchronized for better performance. The force feeder is easy to assemble/disassemble and the material flow to the force feeder is controlled by lockable butterfly valve.
Machine is equipped with continuous and intermittent auto-lubrication at various points.
The machine is provided with two No of three Way discharge chutes.
The machine is supplied with visual powder level indicator in the hopper. The outlet of the hopper and inlet of the force feeder is connected by lockable butterfly valve to control the flow of the material.
Transparent – acrylic upper guards are provided to enclose the tableting zone, which ensures the reduction of sound level. The moving parts are polished to ensure the smooth functioning.
The tableting zone gives access to the area for easy cleaning. The lower punch scrapper’s seals have been provided to prevent material falling on cam tracks. The panel is provided on the machine and the provision is made to protect material falling from turret. Assembly and disassembly of force feeder & other related parts in the tableting zone are made easier.
For easy and quick change of the lower tool.
