SE – Simple and easy, which is what it stands for. UNIK II SE is a double rotary sturdy machine built on robust casted platform, body and center pillar. Turret drive through internal ring and pinion from gear box to turret ensures good control and free operation.

Its compact design gives ergonomics and designs a new definition. It’s HPPS (hydraulic power pressure system) with precise pressure dial gauge, hand lever and excess oil reservoir is one of the most effective systems of providing the sufficient pressure for desired hardness of the tablet.

Auto lubrication can be set for continuous and intermittent lubrication, fixed to lubricate most vital areas of the machine. AC drives, HMI (human machine interface) through PLC (Optional) and electrical circuits are perfectly set to ensure operator’s safety and convenience. Unique feature of upper pressure rolls sliding assembly reflects our ability to interact with the end user operator. Solid pillars connecting the encased force feeder motor top plate and non-compression zone gives that extra strength needed to avoid vibrations and noise at high speed. Double side guided upper punch cam track, fully electro less nickel plated gives better punch control as a safety and reduces wear and tear.

Machine design:

Turret:

• Turret made of SGI (GGG40) with Electroless Nickel plating which ensures high tensile strength.

Turret Drive:

• Internal ring & Pinion drive system to the turret through high torque reduction gear box

Zonal Seperation:

• Zonal seperation prevents stray tablets flowing out into the technical zones.

Main compression & Pre Compression ( Optional )

• Main & Pre compression of upper/lower roller is made of EN- 31 which has better fatigue resistnce.
• Upper press roll on sliding mechanism which ensure easy maintenance & cleaning.
• Upper press roll on self lubricated bearing gives maintenance free operation.

Feeding System:

• Gravity feeder – Granules are fed through open type feed frame which essures easy setting & minimum wastage of material made from Gunmetal or Aluminim alloys
• Force Feeder - Two paddle feeding system which handles critical / fluppy product having flow problem. Made from aluminium alloys.
• Froce feeder speed control through ACVF drive to ensuer better control over powder require to fill the die cavity.

Cams:

• Upper cam track made of SAE-8620 grade material for better surface hardness.
• Lower cam track is made of SAE-8620/ EN-353 grade material for better surface hardness.
• The cam track material having good wear resistance because of that spare consumption is very less.
