Pure Steam Generation Plant produces Pyrogen free, sterile steam. It removes the impurities
at sterile temperature without using any filtration medium.
The generator works on “Falling Film Evaporation” principle. It is one of the most reliable
methods to produce Pure Steam. It employs steam generation at elevated temperature
above the sterile state. Every drop of feed water is exposed to high temperature while being
converted to steam, thus assuring the sterile steam.
There are no moving parts, and hence it demands very little or no maintenance.
Application of Pure Steam may be for Steam sterilization in Autoclave, or SIP of pipelines,
tanks, fermenters, and humidification of sterile area.
