RO + EDI + Post UF
For Final Treatment of Water System to maintain following Parameters in Purified Water
Conductivity < 1.25
TOC < 500ppb
TVC < 100cfu/ml (From Post UF TVC will be < 10cfu/ml)
pH between 5.5 to 7
HOT WATER SANITIZABLE RO SYSTEM (HSRO)
In Reverse Osmosis (RO) process, pressure is continuously applied to the feed stream by
means of a high-pressure pump. Feed stream gets divided into a ‘permeate’ stream-low in
dissolved salt sand brine (or reject) stream very high in dissolved salts content. Dissolved
salts rejected by the membrane are continuously flushed from the system.
A micron cartridge filter is provided to remove fine suspended solids, which may escape
From upstream units. 5-micron cartridge filter is provided which will remove fine suspended
Solids up to 5micron, which if not trapped may clog the RO membrane. This would also
Eliminate problems in the high-pressure pumps due to presence of particulate matter.
HOT WATER SANITIZABLE EDI SYSTEM :- (HSEDI)
The Water from HSRO Outlet is passed through Electro Deionization
a. Ion exchange resin
b. Ion selective membranes
c. DC electricity as a driving force to produce high-quality DI water
The EDI system is designed for a recovery of 93%.
HOT WATER SANITIZABLE POST UF SYSTEM (HSUF)
It is Provided for Endotoxine removal from Purified water.
It removes TOC & TVC
UF MOC: PES with 6000 to 10,000 Dailtons
