CIP System

Following cycle is designed for CIP

  • Pre Rinse Cycle with Purified water.
  • Final WFI rinse cycle with conductivity check & pH Check
  • Air Purging Cycle
  • The CIP/SIP system is designed without tank system, fully automatic, fixed skid to be used for supply and recirculation of CIP Solutions for cleaning of sterile production line vessels up to 500 L capacity.
  • The CIP skid is used for Hot PW water rinse and WFI rinse.
  • The CIP/ SIP system is going to be used for supply and recirculation of CIP solutions.
  • The CIP fluid is heated by using Shell & tube type heat exchanger provided on the CIP / SIP system. An automatic valve is provided on the heat exchanger Plant steam line to control the temperature of the CIP solution.
  • After set temperature is achieved, the recirculation will stop and the prepared solution is circulated in the respective lines/Vessel spray ball as per the validation cycle.
  • During the final rinse, WFI will be will be supplied to the vessel under cleaning until final rinse conductivity achieves the set parameters provided on the drain line of CIP/ SIP System.
  • The CIP /SIP is mounted with requisite analytical instruments such as conductivity sensors with transmitters, temperature sensors with transmitter, Flow switch, pressure transmitter, pressure gauge and controlling/ reporting will be done through PLC based control system.
  • The skid is provided with a shell & tube type heat exchanger for both temperatures Maintenance/Control. The temperature sensor in the line provides feedback signals to the PLC.
