WFI Generation Plant produces Pyrogen free, Water For Injection (WFI), generation engross
phase change (Liquid – Vapor – Liquid) to produce very high purity water. It removes the
impurities at sterile temperature without using any filtration medium.
The generator works on “Falling Film Evaporation” principle. It is one of the most reliable
methods to produce Water for Injection. It employs steam generation at elevated
temperature above the sterile state, condensing and cooling to convert back to water. Every
drop of feed water is exposed to high temperature while being converted to steam, thus
assuring the sterile steam, in turn sterile water.
There are no moving parts, and hence it demands very little or no maintenance.
The WFI generated meets USP monograph and hence has vast application in LVP / SVP facilities
