Mass spectrometer/ Analyser: A High end Sensitive LC/MS/MS system for new born screening, Therapeutic drug monitoring and other clinical tests, and other biological sample applications along with UHPLC and other accessories. The system should meet following minimum specifications.

Ionization Source: System should have ionization source capable of (ESI) & APCI).The source will have a flow rate compatibility in ESI mode from 5 micro L/min to 3000 μL/min and APCI mode from 50 microL/min to 3000 μL/min; without flow splitting. There should be a provision available to divert the flow to waste/MS through software before/during/after the analysis in order to reduce source fouling/contamination. The desolvation temperature will be user selectable from ambient to 750 deg Celsius.

The concentrations for all compounds are determined. If the acceptance limits for the compounds have been established, the program highlights the samples having results outside of the limits. Carryover- Less than 0.0015% (15 ppm). Rack for 96 well plates should be supplied.

Column Oven: Column Oven- Room Temperature to 150°C or better UPS: Online UPS of 10 Kva capacity with at least 60 mins back up for the complete system should be provided.
