Approximate two third volume of the container of Ribbon Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. Material to be charged manually from the top OR you have option to load the material with through pneumatic conveying system. (Pneumatic Conveying System should be order separately) Manually operated Butterfly Valve at bottom of bin for discharge of material in center of bin cGMP model with all contact parts SS 316 with Mirror finish and Non-Contact parts with SS 304 in Matt finish. Main structure of the machine is made up of MS & cladded with SS 304.
In Ribbon Blender, the powder moves from center to the end of container and end of container to the center. Hence requirement of total mixing time is very less. Blender stirrer & Gear box will be coupled with couple drive. Variable frequency drive is part of machine to vary the desire RPM. Blender having manually operated Butterfly valve for discharge.
