MASS MIXER IS USING FOR WET MIXING OF POWDER
The shell will be fabricated from S.S. 316 by 3mm plate and side flanges from M.S. plate lined inside by S.S. 316 plate. Paddle arm type agitator will be fabricated from S.S.316 material and it rotates with the help of spherical roller bearing and leak-proof gland boxes at both the ends. Top dust preventing lid will be provided from S.S. 304 & Acrylic sheet. The container will be tilted manually with worm-wheel arrangement. The shell will be rested on fabricated stand from MS & S.S. cladding structural material free from vibration and noise. All raw material contact part finish in side will be mirror & outside will be mat finishing parts. The unit will be driven by 2 HP TEFC 1440 RPM ISI standard electric motor. 440 volts, AC supply, 3 phases, with a suitable reduction gearbox (reputed make) ) and V-belt pulleys.
