The CF- SERIES automatic capsule filler is applied in Pharma industry for the filling of hard Gelatin capsule. It can be used to fill machine made hard capsules ranging from No. 00, 0, 1 , 2 , 3 or 4 The filling materials include Powder, Granules.( Pallets ), Tablet.

Machine Working Principle: 

First, the capsules are put in the capsules picking hopper and materials in the medicine powder hopper. When the machine is started, the capsule picking and transferring mechanism will carry the empty capsules into the mold, where they will be separated through vacuum separating technique into 2 parts, i.e. the caps and bodies. Then the down mold will transfer the capsule bodies into the filling equipment to fill them with materials. After that, these capsule bodies will be transferred first to the wasted removing equipment to remove the empty or waste capsule and later to the locking device to combine the capsule bodies with caps. Finally, the finished products pushed out by the discharging equipment into the polishing machine or product container.
