Maharshi multi head automatic pick and place rotary screw capping machine is a capping machine which can accommodate almost all the screw caps of different size and different diameter. It is a cGMP complying, compaet and modular model.
Machine is tailored design as per the sizes of cap and requirements of speeds. Machine comes in range of model, starting from 4 head , 6 head , 8 Head and 10 head depending on the requirement of the speed.
Output speed is starting from 60BPM can go up to 150BPM depending on size of the bottles and cap
Depending on types of screw-caps, machine comes with vibratory cap feeder or mechanical cap orienter.
Elevator along with the machine also can be provided for higher speed and bigger storage of the caps.
