The system has been adapted to handle the nuances of the non-animal gelatin medium in ensuring quality softgel encapsulation. Currently able to handle three non-animal gelatin sources, we are working to ensure that our ARBES SGX-RND-VG Softgel systems are compatible with all vegetarian gelatin sources. As an R&D machine, it is ideally suited for formulation development trials and low volume production of vegetarian softgels.
