ARBES SGX-105-VG

The ARBES SGX-105-VG is the mainstay of commercial vegetarian gelatin softgel production  and has been adapted to the peculiar formulation characteristics and properties of the gelatin to ensure efficient encapsulation and production of high quality softgels.

Currently, designed to handle three veggie formulations, we are working with various vendors of veggie gelatin to prepare our ARBES SGX-105-VG for their gelatin when released into the commercial market.

  • Die rolls are 10.5 inch long and have a 6 inch diameter with encapsulation speed upto 5rpm.
  • 24-plunger Medicament dosing system, each with an optimum volume of 900 mcL*, ensuring minimum gelatin wastage and higher yields.
  • Four-axis SERVO technology (Rockwell–Allen Bradley or Siemens) enables electronic gearing as well as complete synchronization of the die rolls, pump, drums, etc. 
  • Unique chilling system to handle the hot molten veggie gelatin media
