Die rolls are 10.5 inches long and 6 inches in diameter.

Servo technology (from Allen Bradley/Rockwell) for both die roll shafts, the medicine pump dosing system as well as the injection distribution system. As a result, mechanical gearing is replaced with electronic gearing in a synchronized loop.

Dieroll alignment is done electronically thereby ensuring better sealing and minimizing incidence of leakers.

24-plunger Medicament dosing system, each with an optimum volume of 900 mcL*, ensuring minimum gelatin wastage and higher yields.

Precise injection timing done electronically (without stopping the machine) with high accuracy, improving seal strength, seal integrity, and consequently improving the softgel quality and yield.
