Basic equipment is in vacuum rated design. Due to vacuum rated design we can load the blender through vacuum transfer system with inline Milling. Main structure is manufactured from heavy duty square tube of SS 304. Blending bin and Gear box output is coupled with heavy duty Pin Bush Coupling. Variable frequency drive is provided for step less drive. Self positioning sensor is provided for particular discharge position Manually operated butter fly valve to discharge the blender. Discharge with specially designed adaptor assembly with T C connection, in case of damage of butter fly this will safe guard the material
