Tablet Coating System with cGMP Model is an equipment that coats the external surface of tablet using a thin film of coating material. Machine is relatively simple where aplication of coating material is done on a moving bed of tablets and removing rapidly the solvents using current hot air. Angled baffles are fitted inside the pan and the due to design of baffles, tablet roll over and mixing is better. Tablet Coating System include Basic Perforated Coating Pan, Spray Nozzles, Inlet Air Handling Unit, Exhaust Blower, Solution Tank, Peristaltic Pump, Bypass Damper.
Basic machine is in Flame Proof Motor Construction. “SigmaCoat” is a compelling new pan coater design capable of both film and sugar coating process. Note: Sugar coating is available as an option.
