Basic machine is in Flame Proof Construction. Coater is a compelling new pan coater design capable of both film and enteric coating process. FLP light of process visualization. Perforated Pan with Minimum 53% opening for better air flow with (Rabbit / Hollow type baffles) for proper rollover of tablet during the coating. Speed control from 1 to 15 rpm through VFD. Pneumatically tilting type design of Spray Arm. Spray Tech make Spray Gun in Anti Breading type Inbuilt spray ball inside the pan for washing. Both side of pan spray jet system are fixed at outer dia of pan for washing. Separate area for coating of spray and hot air flow is designed for optimum utilization inside the pan so less utility usage of steam consumption.
