Kevision’s Serialization Solution for Cartons is a High-Speed printing and verification system for GS1 Supported 2d data matrix along with human-readable data. The system prints a unique serial number & other important batch data, on the cartons. An integrated high-speed camera performs accurate & reliable inspection of the printed matter & the system includes verification as well. There is facility to reject unacceptable cartons. Kevision’s state of the art software provides for user management as well as batch data management & 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance as well. This solution is perfectly suited for online as well as offline operations.

Online with Tamper for Cartons

Kevision provides highly efficient, servo driven dual belt technology for accurate handling and controlled printing on the cartons.
With the inbuilt Tamper Evident function, cartons can be printed, verified & have security labels applied. It can be equipped with up to two security label dispensers.
Throughput of up to 400 cartons per minute depending on carton size.
System is provided with inspection of security label on both sides of carton.
System is optionally available with modular expansion for
