As and when cartons or bottles are bundled together, prior to shipping, a parent-child relationship (aggregation) is required to be generated when packed into the final shipping case. Verification is necessary to assure safe & secure serialization.

Multi-code Aggregation System [McAS] is an ultra-high resolution camera-based solution for the inspection of Multiple Datamatrix [2D codes] in a single capture for aggregation. McAS is supported by Kevision’s KevSecure Serialization engine running on a high-speed industrial PC. This Solution is designed for semi-automatic operation of aggregation of bundle/cases/shippers.

The mechanical structure of the machine is design as per operator ergonomics.

• Pallet Aggregation Station is a stand alone system connected with Plant/Main Server.
• Kevision provides Manual/ Conveyor based system for pallet aggregation.
• System is used for aggregation between Shipper Boxes & Pallet.
• System is provided with hand held scanner for scanning of shipper and final Pallet barcode.
• Palletlabel consists of 1D aggregation code along with SSCC code.
