The labelling systems of the line BORGO have a strong chassis in steel, which contains the electric power section, and all devices of the plant are fitted in modular way.
Everything has been studied so that each component can be easily reached for the maintenance or adjustment but in the same time has a fixed clamping during the working.
The BORGO systems can be equipped with several applicator units, depending on the performances and of the sizes of the labels to apply.
These units are fitted onto sliding mountings which allow in addition to the height and width adjustments, also the regulation of the inclination, to handle also slightly conical containers or inclined surfaces.
Thanks to the structure, the BORGO plants can be improved with several devices, which increase the autonomy and the performances, as:
-Photocells to read transparent labels
-Hot printer to stamp the code or the expiry date;
-NO STOP configurations for high speeds;
-Double labels vertical motorized unwinders for a longer autonomy;
-Devices of happened labelling with automatic reject.
