The Securefill series comprises our containment capsule-filling machines designed for use with highly potent and/or toxic OSD formulations requiring Occupational Exposure Limit (OEL) level between 1 mcg/m3 to 10 mcg/m3 (such as oncology, biopharmaceuticals, antivirals, and other high-potency compounds).
The machines are equipped with an especially designed single-piece SS316L containment structure, including RTP ports, well-positioned HEPA filters, glove ports, safety interlocks, and accurate filling systems. Further, the wet-in-place (WIP) system ensures the wetting of all particulates in the pharma zone, thereby safeguarding both the operator and environment.
Securefill series gives the output in the range of 6000 – 40000 capsules per hour.
