This system is only suitable whereas we are looking the process in following manners, • After drying sifting first • After sifting sized material directly load into blender through conveying system • Oversized material should go for direct milling online • Milled material again re-sifts and sized particles loads in to blender • Total process is inline through Conveying system
Equipment is used for sifting & milling as a combined process along with conveying system to load the material into vacuum rated blender. (Blender must be in vacuum rated design) PLC based control panel with color touch screen. Specially designed vacuum adaptor for loading of material. Combo Sifter cum Mill is with auto system where the oversized sifted material directly discharged in to the mill by gravity gravitationally. Auto charging system of milled material from bottom of IPC to the Sifter for re-sifting process is there. Very low Noise level
