DESCRIPTION :
The NPM Automatic Rotary Bottle Washing Machine is compact & versatile designed, which facilitates online washing operation. The machine is built on rigid structure and enclosed with elegant matt finished SS body cover. The washing area is enclosed with transparent /acrylic cover mounted on SS frame. Adequate design of washing sequence allows perfect bottle cleaning supported by two water tanks and pumping system.
OPERATIONS :
The bottles will be fed through turn table on the infeed conveyor, from where the feed worm and infeed star wheel perfectly machined according to bottle size will take the bottle inside the washing area. The bottles will be inverted in the washing area along the circular path of washing. The water jets according to set wash sequence and pressure will be applied, thoroughly cleaning the bottle from inside and outside. The washed bottle is again loaded in upright position guided by out feed star wheels on the exit conveyor of the machine and forwarded for further operations of the line.
