DESCRIPTION :

NPM Automatic Rotary Airjet Cleaning Machine is meant for high-speed, air-jet bottle cleaning applications of the cleaning industry. Bottles are cleaned in an inverted fashion. It's compact and sturdy design makes it more convenient for dynamic operations. It is highly adaptable and suitable for both round and flat bottles. The machine's precision is built on a sturdy welded MS frame completely enclosed in stainless steel sheets and doors that facilitates the machine servicing.

OPERATIONS :

Bottles are fed into a rotating carousel wheel through the infeed bottle guide. The carousel wheel contains the bottle holders and air nozzles for each holder and is mounted vertically with 360° rotation. Bottles held on the carousel wheel are inverted, while the wheel rotates and comes to the lower half portion of the wheel. An effective filtered compressed air is purged inside the bottles through an air separation and distribution mechanism. After cleaning, bottles come out of the carrousel wheel and are then transferred on the outfeed conveyor with the help of a bottle guide for further operation.
