Process equipments and vessels used in the pharmaceuticals, food and beverage industries requires periodic cleaning to remove residue from previous batches and to sanitize both the process equipments and vessels. For this application we need Wash in Place Equipment. Depending upon the Industry and the Products involved, the cleaning may involve alternately flushing with Portable Water, Detergent, Hot water and Purified water.
Trolley based system design on PU Castor Wheels for ease of movement. System structure made of SS 304 to maintain environmental hygiene. All the pipes and fittings are manufactured from SS 316, SCH 40 material and are electro polished from inside. The outer surface is mirror polished.
