Typically designed Conveying System will connect with Vacuum Rated High Speed Sifter & RMG Or IPC , System will suck the material from Drum Or IPC container and load the material directly in to RMG or IPC through Inline Sifting process. Convey receiver will be kept in process area near to RMG Or IPC and vacuum source will kept in the service area. Operating panel will be near to conveying system. If the RMG Or IPC is made of SSPM then by default it is in Vacuum Rated design, but if you want to use your existing RMG Or IPC then you need to confirm the design of RMG Or IPC should be sustain the 300 to 400 mm/hg Vacuum & it must be leak proof.
