Basic design of tipper is on pillar type and will be grout at ground floor and ceiling through housing assembly. Pillar & arm are made up of MS and covered with SS 304 guards. Lifting and lowering of arm function through Hydraulic power pack system. Bowl tilting device is motorized. This Tipper is a hydraulic device which is having an arm used for lifting & turning FBD bowl by 180˚. Thus it is used to unload the material of FBD bowl into Mill in a dust free way for downsizing or dry milling. The operation is completely dust free & eliminates manual handling or scooping
