SSPM Packing Conveyor Belt is used for manual packaging of bottle/ Vials/ Containers in to boxes/ cartons. The Machine consist of Following Assemblies 1. Conveyor with Drive Unit 2. Operating Panel 3. Operator Assembly Platform The Bottles or Vials will be charged manually into the Packing Belt.
Packing conveyor belt is installed with Height adjustable mount to adjust packaging height, when Bottle/ Vial pass thorough conveyor belt Operator can easily pickup bottles/ vials and manually place them into boxes/ cartoon and some insert leaflet as well and once again place the same on conveyor. Conveyor belt is installed with Start/ Stop functionality from Control Panel. Control panel is equipped with Emergency Stop Push Button.
