The lump breaker enables the safe and smooth de-agglomeration of bulk materials that tends to compact and form lumps. The double bearing design allows gentle crushing of even hard products and works well with high product columns. The Lump Breaker feeds with agglomerated solids which, after crushing gets transfer through the outlet to the next step in the process.
cGMP model with all contact parts SS 316 with Mirror finish and Non-Contact parts with SS 304 in Matt finish. Main structure of the machine is made up of heavy duty SS square tube and covered with SS 304. Non Flame Proof Construction. All gaskets and seals are food grade certified. Lump breaking blade design is purely customized depending upon the material & lump size. Blades are fixed with main shaft.
