Detail Engineering is followed in parallel to the Procurement of the Project requirements. This is an ongoing process once the project construction has commenced. The Detailed Engineering scope shall include as below but not limited to.
1. Detail 3D Drawings For HVAC, Equipment, Piping, Valves, Building, Etc. 2. Checking Of EDR [DQ], FDS, IQ, OQ From Vendors And Approvals With Respect To Validation Master Plan (VMP) For Direct Impact Systems (DIS). 3. Execution Of Installation Qualification (IQ) And Operational Qualification (OQ) Support At Site For DIS. 4. Writing IQ And OQ Reports, Deviation Reports And Change Controls For DIS. 5. System Compliance To WHO / USFDA / EUGMP Check List Others, 6. Vendor Evaluation 7. Delivery Supervision / FAT 8. Installation Checks 9. Piping Installation Checks 10. Commissioning Plans And Supervision
