CelCradle X® is a single use, closed, and automated bioreactor based on the Tide Motion platform.
It is manufactured in an ISO 13485 Esco factory and complies with cGMP requirements of 21 CFR part 11.
It follows the same submerge and emerge motion of the Tide Motion principle for high product yield.
This system offers a flexible culture operation whether to choose from using BioNOC™ II macroporous carriers or client’s own.
The media reservoir allows operation in perfusion or recirculation process mode to achieve high cell density in an automated process.
Complete standalone bioreactor running on Siemens HMI/PLC with single-use bottles, pH, and DO sensors
Can be used as a standalone bioeactor or integrated with an Esco Laminar Airflow Cabinet, Biosafety Cabinet, or Cell Processing Isolator Equipped with H202 biodecontamination system.
