DOUBLE WALL  JACKETED TYPE

FULLY AUTOMATIC MODEL: Temperature automatically maintained by digital Controller, which controls / pressure and temperature with auto air purge, digital timer, auto steam exhaust, low water level cutoff.

HORIZONTAL  AUOTCLAVE 

The High Pressure Steam Sterilizer is specially designed for sterilization of porous load fabrics, wrapped instrument, tray sets, dressing, surgical instruments, etc. in a pharmaceutical and hospital facility.

CHAMBER

The sterilization chamber is fabricated from SS 316L (6 mm) with full argon welding. The chamber is provided with round corners for easy cleaning and a 2% slope for full draining of the condensate. A removable screen plug is provided in the drain lines to prevent clogging of the drainpipes and fittings.

DOOR (RADIAL ARM TYPE)

        The sterilizer is provided with radial arm door. The door is fabricated from SS 316 L. (Total 15 mm thick) 

INSULATION

      The sterilization chamber is insulated with 100-mm thick Mineral Wool, which is held in place by an outer cover of SS 304 (1 mm). The average surface temperature of the machine will not be more than 55⁰ C. (Room temperature 23 + 2⁰ C)

CONTAMINATION SEAL

       A Stainless Steel flush mounting is fitted from sterile side of the machine to avoid any cross flow of air between the sterile and non-sterile side
