DESCRIPTION:
Aluminium Flush Door – Double Action Sealing
CONSTRUCTION:
The outer frame for the door has a rebated section for sealing purpose. The door framework is fabricated out of Aluminium pipe sections assembled by means of Aluminium clitting. The vertical members of the door frame are provided with steel plates & 10-mm steel rods for sturdiness. The door framework is then lined on both sides with Aluminium sheet.
CORE MATERIAL:
Door leaf filled with either, Paper Honey Comb, EPS Foam, PUF, Rockwool, Aluminium Honeycomb, infill dependant on application.
FINISH:
Anodised or Powder Coated Surface.
FIXING:
Fixing through Frame by Expansion Bolts.
